Questions agents ask us.

Which brokerage will I be licensed with?

Real Broker LLC. Aligned is a team within Real, so you get Real’s platform and Real Academy training plus Aligned’s coaching, systems and transaction support.

How does the commission split work?

On your own business you pay a flat 10% team fee to Aligned. Real Brokerage takes an 85/15 split until you reach its $6,000 annual cap. Designated mentoring deals carry an additional 10% mentoring fee, and team-generated leads are split 50/50.

Will I receive leads from Aligned?

ALIGNED isn’t your typical lead-driven team. We don’t just give you leads. We teach you how to generate them.

Our goal is to help you build a business you OWN, not one you’re dependent on someone else to sustain. Through proven systems, world-class training, personalized coaching, and consistent accountability, we equip you to create a predictable pipeline, generate repeat and referral business, and build long-term financial success.

We’re not here to just help you close your next deal. We’re here to help you build a business that consistently creates the next one.

And yes, when organic team-generated opportunities arise, those leads may be distributed to team members on a 50/50 commission split.

Yes. Aligned is built to help seasoned agents scale. We install turnkey systems and sustainable pipeline habits so your business runs on process instead of hustle, and you keep more of every deal with a flat 10% team fee.

I’m newly licensed. Is Aligned a fit?

Yes. New agents are paired with a dedicated 1-on-1 mentor who guides you through your first 5 buyer transactions and 5 listings, with ongoing accountability along the way. A 10% mentoring fee applies to those transactions, so you learn on live deals while keeping the majority of your commission.

What expenses do I cover?

Your own business expenses, like signs, lockboxes, your CRM and personal marketing. Your 10% team fee covers the masterclass series, weekly scripts practice, the monthly all-hands, full Hub access and Trello onboarding.
