I recently worked with Aligned to find a rental home and Katie O’hara was an absolute pleasure to work with. I previously had a bad opinion of real estate agents (due to one agent in particular, who was a charlatan and a buffoon), but I've changed my mind due entirely to the efforts of Katie O'Hara. Admittedly, I had doubts when my housemate told me they were talking with her but Katie proved herself to be a kind person, a consummate professional, and deeply dedicated to finding us a home. She never left us feeling unheard and was constantly in communication with both us and other agents/property owners. She found listings, arranged tours, and even reviewed our eventual lease (informally, not as a legal expert) to make sure our rights as tenants weren't being flagrantly violated. If you are hesitant about working with a real estate agency, I understand completely, but as a fellow skeptic, give this one a chance.

After finding a property through Zillow that caught my eye, I contacted the listing agent, Jeanne Siracuse. Within 30 minutes she called me and was very friendly. Jeanne stated her colleague Katie O'Hara would reach out shortly. Again, within 30 minutes, Katie was calling to further discuss and schedule a tour. She was kind and accommodating. Once we hung up, she texted me several minutes later to confirm and said I could contact her at any point for help or questions. During the house tour, Katie was personable, sweet, and invested in our interests and hesitations. Throughout the entire process of touring, questions, corresponding with the Landlords, negotiating, updating lease info, and signing, Katie was our advocate. She would correspond promptly any time of day and on weekends too. Katie remained gracious and went above and beyond to help when there was a minor misunderstanding between us and the Landlords.
