Janet Brinck is a nationally recognized real estate leader, team builder, and faith-driven entrepreneur with nearly three decades of experience in residential real estate. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1997, she found her calling in real estate almost immediately—earning Top Producer recognition from the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors in her first year, ranking in the Top 1% of residential sales in North America within two years, and becoming a Lifetime Member of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.

After 12 years as a top-producing solo agent, Janet expanded her impact by building a nationally ranked real estate team, launching an award-winning Luxury Division, and co-authoring the best-selling book Luxury Home Selling Mastery. Her leadership journey continued as she became CEO of the #1 brokerage in Loudoun County, and later served as Director of Growth & Business Development for The Virginia Alliance Group at Keller Williams Realty—supporting and scaling a network of more than 1,300 agents across Virginia.

In 2022, Janet joined REAL Broker, and in 2024 she founded ALIGNED Real Estate Group—a forward-thinking, values-driven powerhouse team built on integrity, excellence, and purpose.

At the heart of Janet’s life and leadership is her guiding principle: God, Family, Business—in that order. She is the founder of S.A.L.T. (Servant Agents Leading Together), a faith-based community for real estate professionals who desire to grow spiritually while honoring God through their work. Janet is a wife, mother of five, and an active member of Community Church in Ashburn, Virginia. She is deeply passionate about helping others lead with purpose and build lives—and businesses—aligned with what matters most.
